The basic work in the call center is to make calls which are done by an outbound telemarketing dialer and by using a complex software. So there are many technical solutions used in different places by many companies.

There are numbers of software used in telemarketing companies for the different work as customer interaction solutions, sales lead generation and many others.

  • Computer Telephony Integration (CTI); the following functions can be implemented through CTI: call information display (number dialled, caller’s number), phone control (conference, hang up, hold, answer), call routing, reporting functions, multi-channel blending of phone, agent state control etc.   
  • Scripting Software; helps representatives to answer quickly to a customer’s question; provide information on products.
